WireGATE’s standard one-year warranty provides advance replacement for hardware and patches and upgrades for software during the first 90 days. For the remainder of the one-year warranty period, WireGATE offers return and repair service for hardware and patches for software. Additionally, WireGATE provides online and phone support.

WireGATE’s Premium Service includes advance replacement for hardware and software patches and upgrades for the entire year. Additionally, Premium Service includes phone and online support as well as remote diagnostics support for proactive maintenance and instant issue analysis.
